A site-ready wind turbine technician understands the machine in front of them: which system they are looking at, what it normally does, what "wrong" sounds and looks like, and what they are — and are not — authorised to touch. Without that, a new starter consumes supervisor time instead of replacing it, and every task carries hidden rework risk.
Structured materials, not improvised toolbox talks
Good training is engineered, not improvised. We build our WTG technical training programs as structured, modular presentation material — prepared in advance, reviewed for accuracy against the turbine platform, and delivered on site to client technicians at the project location. The discipline of writing the material down first does two things: it forces a logical progression from fundamentals to systems to practice, and it leaves the client with a durable asset their future crews can revisit long after we've left.

Teaching on a working site
Classroom-only training produces classroom-level confidence. Delivering on the project site lets every module point at the real thing: the actual nacelle layout, the actual control cabinet, the actual documentation system the technicians will use tomorrow. Sessions are scheduled around site operations and outage windows, so learning never competes with production — and practical walk-downs anchor each module to hardware the crew already walks past every day.
How we know it worked
Training without assessment is a presentation. Each module ends with practical checks — can the technician identify the system, interpret the reading, and correctly state the escalation path? Post-program, the real test is operational: fewer repeat questions to supervisors, cleaner work-order documentation, and error rates that trend down over the following months. That is the outcome the whole program is engineered around.
